For REALTOR® Jan Smillie it’s not only important to listen to what clients are saying, but it’s just as important to decipher what they are not saying. Jan loves working with people, plain and simple, and she believes that meeting a client’s expectations is the bare minimum. She strives to exceed expectations in all that she does!
Before her career as a real estate broker Jan worked as a VP of marketing in the credit union industry for several years. She has been an ordained wedding officiant since 2011, having performed over 400 ceremonies. She owned her own wedding venue for 4 years. Each one of these positions has required Jan to serve others, working to make each person’s ideas and dreams come to fruition.
Jan lives in the North End of Tacoma.
Q: What can clients expect when working with you?
A: My clients can expect my utmost attention to their needs and desires whether they are purchasing or selling a home. Realizing life doesn’t happen just 8-5 Monday thru Friday I am happy to work my clients anytime that fits THEIR schedule whether it be through meetings, text, emails, or phone calls.
